The mbeZone.com web site was originally launched in October 2000 as a portal for small minority businesses. Our editors sifted through the deluge of content available on the web for small businesses and created the small business knowledge center. Over time, the focus of mbeZone.com has shifted to encourage our members to interact and network with each other. mbeZone presents tremendous opportunities to learn from other business owners or inspire someone else (check out success stories)... get advice from people who've been there (ask an expert)... or participate in an on-line discussion (message boards) or off-line event (calendar). Enjoy all of these benefits as a member of our community. 
Our mission is to empower minority businesses to compete in a global economy. The influence and power of the internet allows everyone to compete with everyone else. The physical location of your business becomes less important when trying to grow your business. Your competition may not be just the man down the street but the woman across the country. By helping our members build relationships with other businesses we help them gain a competitive advantage. mbeZone is here to ensure that as the business climate changes, minority businesses are not left behind.
